Our top priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you select a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, discover a manufacturing defect, rest assured that you have the right to exchange or return it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law Legislation.
At TCM Centre, we offer the option to return for store credit or exchange a product if you change your mind, provided that the item meets the following criteria:
Returned within seven days of receiving the order.
In new condition, unused, unworn, unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact (including any unbroken package seals).
It is in a resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including return shipping costs. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for credit or exchange.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for glass products due to a change of mind.

Refunds
To initiate an exchange or return, the first step is to contact our Support Team via email at admin@tcmcentre.au.
Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product.
Upon receiving the returned package, we will conduct an analysis to ensure that everything meets the item’s return conditions. After confirmation, our service team will contact you, giving you the option to:
1. Exchange for any product available in our stock.
2. Receive a store credit equivalent to the amount spent on products.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@tcmcentre.au.
Gifts
If the item was purchased using a gift card and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
