How Long does the workshop go for?

Two full days of immersive workshop. Theory and practical components.
Starting from 8.30am until 4.30pm with breaks.

What should I bring with me?

2-3 towels for draping (including a hand towel for massage table face hole).
1 x pillow.
Morning tea / snacks / lunch. 
Drinking water (staying hydrated is very important). 
Please bring any bolsters or extra pillows that you feel will increase your comfort on the treatment table.
A pen for note taking.
Some venues will require students to bring their own portable massage table.

Dress Code?

Casual, loose, comfortable clothing is best. 
Staying warm post treatment is important. Some venues will be airconditioned. Please bring a light jacket.
Participants only need to disrobe as much as is necessary to access treatment areas.
Ladies should wear a bra that clasps at the back for ease of access to posterior treatment areas.
Ladies should have hair tied back at all times.
